Greetings Regular Reader:)
For current post context, please see/understand:

The END of Framework (Part 1)

The END of Framework (Part 2)

End of Framework (Part 3)

North, South, East, West

Things change and rapidly at times. The scene of this world is changing fast! Be awake and alert to what these significant changes mean (spiritually speaking) for You and Your Family.

“and those making use of the world as those not using it to the full; for the scene of this world is changing.” (1 Corinthians 7:31)

The Bible compares our Day to Noah’s. You know, the Righteous Dude who obeyed God–built the ark and rescued the animals and his Fam from the flood!:)

Comparisons a plenty (fodder for another post probably)…(excerpts w 89)

How different Noah was from people of his day! He “found favor in the eyes of Jehovah. . . . Noah was a righteous man. He proved himself faultless among his contemporaries. Noah walked with the true God.” (Genesis 6:8, 9) How did Noah walk with God? By doing right things such as preaching as an advocate of righteousness and building the ark in faith and obedience. Thus, although that ancient world was destroyed because it was completely corrupt, God “kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, safe with seven others when he brought a deluge upon a world of ungodly people.” (2 Peter 2:5) Yes, our loving and just God, Jehovah, did not destroy the righteous with the wicked. He instructed Noah to build a huge ark for the saving of himself, his household, and a number of animals, all for repopulating the earth after the Deluge. And Noah “did just so.”—Genesis 6:22.

In his book Whatever Became of Sin? Dr. Karl Menninger stated: “The very word ‘sin’. . . has almost disappeared—the word, along with the notion. Why? Doesn’t anyone sin anymore?” Many have lost the ability to discern right from wrong. But we are not surprised at this, for Jesus foretold such developments when discussing ‘the sign of his presence’ in “the time of the end.”

Reading signs…various while driving…can be critical to safety/life. Spiritual Signs of the Times exist…and need to be carefully read and understood. (Distraction is deadly while driving and while living.)

So we do well to ask: What does Jesus Christ say that this composite “sign” should indicate to us? According to him, it should signify that the present system of things is to end shortly in a “great tribulation” more destructive than the global Flood of Noah’s day.—Matthew 24:21. [excerpted Act Promptly Upon the Sign! w 85]

“Parousia”

So, then, Jesus’ disciples were asking, not about his “arrival,” but about after his arrival. They were asking about his “presence.” And if, instead of using the word “presence,” we resort to “the technical use of the terms” in Hellenism, the disciples would be understood to ask Jesus: “What will be the sign of your [visit as a royal personage] and of the conclusion of the system of things?” A “visit” includes more than an “arrival.” It includes a “presence.” In the so-called New Testament the Greek word parousía occurs twenty-four times, and in all its occurrences there, not only the New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures translates the word every time as “presence,” but also other translations do so, as Young’s Literal Translation ofthe Holy Bible, of 1862 C.E.; Wilson’s The Emphatic Diaglott, of 1857-1863 C.E.; and Rotherham’s The Emphasised Bible, of 1897 C.E. We note how fittingly “presence” and “absence” are contrasted, in Philippians 2:12, where the apostle Paul says: “You have always obeyed, not during my presence only, but now much more readily during my absence.”

Spiritual intelligence…to discern sign:

Man can read the signs of the weather, can note his calendar to see that according to seasonal chronology winter approaches. He can see the changing face of the sky, the falling leaves, the shortening days, the dropping temperatures, the shifting winds, the snow flurries, the migrating birds and the animals fattening themselves for winter hibernation. Because of his intelligence he is able to understand that winter is at the door. Because of his intelligence man does not need to rely upon instinct, and he possesses no such instinct to guide him. Jesus referred to man’s ability to read the weather signs of the sky, then added by way of rebuke that many men were not able to read the sign of the times, the sign of his presence and the end of the world. By intelligence man is aware of literal winter’s approach. By that same intelligence he should be able to note the approach of the winter of Armageddon. (Matt. 16:1-4) Just as sure a sign of its coming is provided, a sign visible to man, to be reasoned upon intelligently and not to be sensed through some instinct or intuition or hunch. What, then, is this provided sign?

And here is a point not to be overlooked. All of these happenings combined constitute the sign. Each one is not a sign in itself. It is only a part of the composite sign. It is like the case of literal winters. The mere fact that days are getting shorter does not prove winter’s imminence. Days are growing shorter in July. Falling leaves alone prove nothing. Some trees shed leaves the year round, and others may drop theirs because of disease or drought. Even summer skies may turn gray for a time, and unseasonal storms blow up, or cold spells may come in early fall; but none of these taken alone proves the advent of winter. But when all of the previously mentioned conditions are present in combination, then together they indicate with certainty the approach of winter.

12. What accounts for the sounding of false warnings concerning the last days in the time of our fathers or grandfathers?

12 So it is with the events of the last days. When these events are told as indicating the last days, many persons say such things happened in times past, history repeats itself, our fathers said these things happened in their day and they were told that the last days were upon them. But we know now that they were not living in the last days. The point is, men misinterpreted the events. They failed to appreciate that not just one or two or a half dozen of these things must be seen, but that all of them must be seen. The sign is not wars, or famines, or pestilences, or earthquakes, or persecutions, or gospel-preaching, or conditions of fear and perplexity and delinquency. None of these events taken singly signify that we are in the last days. But when ALL of these happenings come to pass upon one generation, in the foretold series or sequence, with none missing, then ALL OF THESE THINGS TOGETHER CONSTITUTE THE SIGN. [excerpted: Why the Bible is Specially Practical for Our Day w 51]

No, the Earth is not going down…the Earth will NOT be destroyed.  The Earth has survived (man’s mismanagement by Cruel-Idiot Regimes for centuries) and some. (The grass will keep growing. Flowers blooming. Birds singing.) Pause. Yep, it causes me pause…the thought of why? & how? Arrogance & Idiocy rule in powerful places and globally. Earth has outlived/outplayed man and his stupid schemes/survival games. You would think we, humans, would be humbled by Earth’s longevity life lessons. To see reality as it “TRUE” ly is…may require new Spiritual Lenses.

From my observations…very-apparent to my “every-day” eyes…not “expert” eyes…i see/”find” no Earth reproducibility problems! Trees give birth to trees.  Apple trees produce apples. Orange trees produce oranges. Banana plants/herbs bananas. Monkeys–Monkeys, Doggies–puppies, Cats–kitties. Etc., Etc., Etc. Birdies-birdies

(Unlike some so-called expert studies/research or aka? scrambling of the paint-by-number-numbers-to-concoct/produce (and rake up the numbers aka money)…landscapes of fake findings of various sizes.)

According to evolutionary theories, living things continued to reproduce as they became ever more complex. At some stage, though, the female of a number of species had to develop reproductive cells requiring fertilization by a male with complementary reproductive cells. In order to supply the proper number of chromosomes to the offspring, each parent’s reproductive cells undergo a remarkable process called meiosis, whereby cells from each parent are left with half the usual number of chromosomes. This process prevents the offspring from having too many chromosomes.

Of course, the same process would have been needed for other species. How, then, did the “first mother” of each species become capable of reproducing with a fully developed “first father”? How could both of them have suddenly been able to halve the number of chromosomes in their reproductive cells in the manner needed to produce a healthy offspring with some characteristics of both parents? And if these reproductive features developed gradually, how would the male and female of each species have survived while such vital features were still only partially formed?

In even a single species, the odds against this reproductive interdependence coming about by chance are beyond measuring. The chance that it arose in one species after another defies reasonable explanation. Can a theoretical process of evolution explain such complexity? How could accidental, random, purposeless events result in such intricately interrelated systems? Living things are full of characteristics that show evidence of foresight and planning—pointing to an intelligent Planner.

Many scholars have come to such a conclusion. For example, mathematician William A. Dembski wrote that the “intelligent design” evident in “observable features of the natural world . . . can be adequately explained only by recourse to intelligent causes.” Molecular biochemist Michael Behe sums up the evidence this way: “You can be a good Catholic and believe in Darwinism. Biochemistry has  made it increasingly difficult, however, to be a thoughtful scientist and believe in it.”

A Spotty Fossil Record

A third mystery that has puzzled some scientists is related to the fossil record. If evolution proceeded over aeons of time, we should expect to find a host of intermediate organisms, or links, between the major types of living things. However, the countless fossils unearthed since Darwin’s time have proved disappointing in that respect. The missing links are just that—missing!

joanie will NEVER BE a good Catholic! Perhaps, a thoughtful fellow-fragile-life?;) I know/I’ve learned where to place my Trust… Not in Fake Science nor Fake Religion nor Fake Government!!! all lead to murder & misery for the masses!:(

Where do arrogant assumptions & conjecture bring us/the human family…to peaceful relationships/interactions…accurate knowledge/healthful-helpful living??

A number of scientists have therefore concluded that the evidence for evolution is too weak and contradictory to prove that life evolved. Aerospace engineer Luther D. Sutherland wrote in his book Darwin’s Enigma: “The scientific evidence shows that whenever any basically different type of life first appeared on Earth, all the way from single-celled protozoa to man, it was complete and  its organs and structures were complete and fully functional. The inescapable deduction to be drawn from this fact is that there was some sort of pre-existing intelligence before life first appeared on Earth.”

On the other hand, the fossil record closely matches the general order of the appearance of living forms found in the Bible book of Genesis. Donald E. Chittick, a physical chemist who earned a doctorate degree at Oregon State University, comments: “A direct look at the fossil record would lead one to conclude that animals reproduced after their kind as Genesis states. They did not change from one kind into another. The evidence now, as in Darwin’s day, is in agreement with the Genesis record of direct creation. Animals and plants continue to reproduce after their kind. In fact, the conflict between paleontology (study of fossils) and Darwinism is so strong that some scientists are beginning to believe that the in-between forms will never be found.”

Facing the Evidence

The foregoing represents just the tip of an iceberg of unanswered questions that puzzle those who dismiss the evidence of a Creator. Some scientists realize that the rejection of God is a path paved, not by hard evidence and careful logic, but by hopeful assumptions and conjectures. [Why Some Scientists Believe in God Awake! 04 excerpts]

Logic informs…highly-conscientious, highly-intelligent, highly-functioning humans use schedules…IF there is a Divine-Intelligent-Mind-Creator…would He schedule any events??…hmmmm…

THE END IS NOT A RANDOM, UNSCHEDULED EVENT.

The Bible reveals that the end is scheduled—God has set a specific time for it. We read: “Concerning that day or the hour nobody knows, neither the angels in heaven nor the Son, but the Father. Keep looking, keep awake, for you do not know when the appointed time is.” (Mark 13:32, 33) Clearly, God (“the Father”) has scheduled the exact “appointed time” when he will initiate the end. Estimation

Breathing-Fragile-Life change choice Joan Winifred things i learned transformation trust Truth world

In my POV (point of view) aka estimation, (albeit limited and partly by my (almost 49) years of existence/experience(s), acquired knowledge/education, etc.) us humans have the tendency to under and over-estimate ourselves and our capacities for good and our capacities for not-so-good… did “I” just do that by deliberate word choice, e.g., not writing bad?;) Of course!🙂… did it yet again, huh??… by writing “good” (or is it well?) and not adequate, eh?!

The “human achievement assessment pendulum” seems incessantly swinging:  sky high into outer space via glorious mind rocket ride or swinging mercilessly into subterranean trenches down low at ocean depths below… via gloomy submarine/submersible mind ride…

Do we arrogantly solely credit ourselves, us humans and our capacities, with way too much??… in the positive and in the negative?! (And why do you write that joanie??)…

We are vessels of/under constant positive/negative influence and positive/negative pressure/manipulation…some of us (and choose to be) clay in the Great Potter’s hands (a positive process of becoming useful)*(see below) and some of us…”and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the Devil, seeing that they have been caught alive by him to do his will.” (2 Timothy 2:26)

Revelation 12:12 “On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time.”

Would it be naïve of me to think “organized” crime with a stealth crime boss doesn’t exist?? Just cause a seemingly unidentifiable fingerprint, at a seemingly obscure crime scene, doesn’t match an already caught criminal?? What about a super-human cruel-master crime-boss behind the scenes manipulating weak human marionettes??

Naivete and arrogance can make us vulnerable… humility can keep us vigilant, spiritually awake, and alert to any of our potential “blind” spots… and to any negative influences: super-human or imperfect-human…

Cruelty often does psychological harm and sets in motion a vicious cycle. Referring to the violence engendered by cruelty, Noemí Díaz Marroquín, who teaches at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, says: “Violence is learned, it’s cultural . . . We learn how to act out in violent ways when our environment allows and encourages it.” Thus, those who have been victims of abuse may well end up abusing others, perhaps even in the same ways that they were abused.

In other cases, those who misuse such substances as alcohol and drugs may end up behaving cruelly. Not to be overlooked are individuals who are dissatisfied with their government for not meeting the needs of the people. Some of them, being determined to make their views known, resort to cruel acts and foster terrorism, often at the expense of the innocent.

You might wonder though: ‘Have men learned to act cruelly on their own? What is behind the present situation?’

Who Really Is Behind Cruelty?

The Bible tells us that Satan the Devil wields a strong influence over this world, calling him “the god of this system of things.”  (2 Corinthians 4:4) He is the most selfish and cruel person in the universe. Jesus well described him as “a manslayer” and “the father of the lie.”—John 8:44.

Does this mean that the situation cannot improve? Díaz Marroquín, quoted earlier, states that “people are capable of unlearning” undesirable behavior. However, with Satan’s influence permeating the earth today, a person is unlikely to unlearn it unless he allows a different, superior force to influence his way of thinking and acting. What is this force?

Changes Possible—How?

Happily, God’s holy spirit is the most powerful force that exists, and it can overcome any demonic influence. It promotes love and the well-being of humans. To be filled with God’s spirit, everyone who wishes to please Jehovah must avoid conduct even bordering on cruelty. This requires transforming one’s personality to conform to the divine will. And what is that will? It is for us to imitate God’s way to the extent possible. This involves viewing others as God does.—Ephesians 5:1, 2 “Therefore, become imitators of God, as beloved children, and go on walking in love, just as the Christ also loved us *(or possibly, “you”) and gave himself for us*or possibly, “you”) as an offering and a sacrifice, a sweet fragrance to God.” Colossians 3:7-10 “That is how you too used to conduct yourselves*(or “used to walk”) in your former way of life.*(or “when you lived that way”) 8 But now you must put them all away from you: wrath, anger, badness, abusive speech, and obscene talk out of your mouth. 9 Do not lie to one another. Strip off the old personality*(Lit., “man”) with its practices, 10 and clothe yourselves with the new personality, which through accurate knowledge is being made new according to the image of the One who created it.”  [excerpted readings: “Will Cruelty Ever End?” w 07]

Bookmarks can be underrated… especially useful in directing focus to a specific place, page in book or time in history…Thinking about 1914 as a history bookmark… specifically significant events: WWI, WWII, and all the unspeakable atrocities/crimes against compassion aka crimes against humanity… and the infamous perpetrators of these (whose names You can insert/recall)… who I don’t wish to waste my breath on naming… these killers/takers!!:(…What WOE experienced by our global human family since 1914 onward!!:(

**just a quick thought about: kings of Israel were required to copy God’s law and read it daily. Those who had Yahweh’s approval (and were compassionate/successful/kinder leaders) pursued such study to develop and retain the right/good/humble heart attitude and listened to Godly counsel. 2 patterns emerge from the many life accounts recorded in the Old and New Testament… those who chose to obey God’s law/requirements of how to engage life… and those who disobeyed. Every account where the person young, old, male, female, of their free will, chose to obey/listen to God/do things God’s way and not their own way say… things went much better for them individually than those who disobeyed…much pain, misery, and lives cut shorter.

Self-exultation v. cultivating modesty/humility…a topic for another time.

And what matters most to me??

Resistance is NOT futile and possible…[excerpted: Resist the Pressure of Public Opinion w 2010] Thinking of a person/example of Compassion and thinking of a person who swam in the opposite direction of society and expectations thereof, etc. of his day… who treated women, children and any other underdog with deserved dignity and respect… check it out please…

“Greeks, Romans, and Judeans all considered honor and shame to be pivotal values in their cultures,” says one scholar. “Men lived and died in quest of honor, reputation, fame, approval, and respect.” Such values made them susceptible to the opinions of others.

Status, position, and honor were everything in a society characterized by an acute awareness of rank, ranging from nobility to slavery. Honor was a person’s value not only in his own eyes but in the eyes of others as well. To honor a person meant to acknowledge publicly that he behaved in a way expected of him. Rendering honor also meant being outwardly impressed by a person’s wealth, office, or nobility and therefore according him due attention. Honor could be won by performing virtuous deeds or by excelling over others. In contrast, shame, or dishonor, accompanied public humiliation or ridicule. More than a personal feeling or a response of one’s conscience, it was the result of condemnation by society.

When Jesus spoke about a person’s being assigned “the most prominent place” or “the lowest place” at a feast, it was a matter of honor or shame according to the culture of the day. (Luke 14:8-10) On at least two occasions, Jesus’ disciples disputed over “which one of them seemed to be greatest.” (Luke 9:46; 22:24) They were manifesting a major concern of the society in which they lived. Meanwhile, proud and competitive Jewish religious leaders saw Jesus’ preaching as a challenge to their honor and authority. Their attempts to get the better of him in public debates before crowds, however, invariably resulted in failure.—Luke 13:11-17.

Another concept current in first-century Jewish, Greek, and Roman thinking was the shamefulness of being “seized and publicly charged with wrongdoing.” For a person to be bound or confined was viewed as degrading. Such treatment insulted an individual before friends, family, and the general community—whether he was convicted of a crime or not. The stigma thereafter attached to his reputation could shatter his self-respect and damage his relationship with others. More shameful than being bound was the indignity of being stripped or flogged. Such treatment incited contempt and derision, depriving the person of his honor.

Execution on a torture stake subjected the victim to the worst of all possible indignities. Such an execution was “the penalty for slaves,” says scholar Martin Hengel. “As such it symbolized extreme humiliation, shame and torture.” Social pressure to renounce a person who was dishonored in this way was brought upon his family and friends. Since Christ died in this manner, all who wanted to be Christians in the first century C.E. thus had to face the challenge of public ridicule. Most people likely considered it absurd for someone to identify himself as a follower of a man who suffered impalement. “We preach Christ impaled,” wrote the apostle Paul, “to the Jews a cause for stumbling but to the nations foolishness.” (1 Cor. 1:23) How did the early Christians face this challenge?

In order to maintain his integrity to Jehovah God, Jesus underwent the most dishonorable execution possible. “He endured a torture stake, despising shame.” (Heb. 12:2) Jesus’ enemies slapped him, spat on him, stripped him, flogged him, impaled him, and reviled him. (Mark 14:65; 15:29-32) Yet, Jesus despised the shame that they attempted to heap on him. How? He refused to shrink from such treatment. Jesus knew that he lost no dignity in Jehovah’s eyes, and he certainly sought no glory from men. Even though Jesus died the death of a slave, Jehovah dignified him by resurrecting him and giving him the most honorable place next to Him. At Philippians 2:8-11, we read: “[Christ Jesus] humbled himself and became obedient as far as death, yes, death on a torture stake. For this very reason also God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every other name, so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground, and every tongue should openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.”

What about us today? Things the world considers foolish, weak, and ignoble, God views as wise, powerful, and honorable. (1 Cor. 1:25-28 “Because a foolish thing of God is wiser than men, and a weak thing of God is stronger than men. For you see his calling of you, brothers, that there are not many wise in a fleshly way *(or by human standards),not many powerful, not many of noble birth *(or from important families), 27 but God chose the foolish things of the world to put the wise men to shame; and God chose the weak things of the world to put the strong things to shame; 28 and God chose the insignificant things of the world and the things looked down on, the things that are not, to bring to nothing the things that are,”

Would it not be foolish and shortsighted for us to be influenced entirely by public opinion?

Whether You Reader:) are a follower of Christ (or choose another role-model/mentor) or not… it begs the self-reflection questions: am I unduly influenced by society and public opinion…(and for the better or for the worse/to my own detriment)?? Would I willingly despise shame, face public ridicule, torture for my personal belief system?? Is my personal belief system worth it?! And what did Jesus preach/teach…a timeless message of Peace & Compassion and help for the underdog!!!

Society and societies have let free/walk…violent criminals against humanity and basic compassion.

Think about it where is Today’s society taking me… to peace, joy, happiness, life?!…

No, a violent, non-compassionate, self-serving society is one I will balk!… and I choose to remain politically neutral and a conscientious objector

I will continue to spiritually fight with all my might to NOT conform!!!…I invite You Reader:) to flee from the elements of society that are hurting Humanity, You and the Planet… namely, false religion, fake government, materialism, and commercialism/big business!

Bon Appetite!:)… sip, sip, sip…(my green highlights of excerpted points of interest)

“They are no part of the world.”—John 17:16.

People who do not share our faith may feel a special loyalty to their country, tribe, or culture or even to their national sports team. Challenges to such loyalties have resulted in competition and rivalry and, in extreme cases, bloodshed and genocide. The way that people resolve these issues, for better or for worse, might touch us or our families personally  because we are inescapably a part of human society. Since God made man with an innate sense of justice, the decisions that human governments make may offend our sense of what is right and fair. (Gen. 1:27; Deut. 32:4) How do we react under such circumstances? It would be all too easy to take sides in worldly issues and be drawn into controversy.

And the easy way… is NOT always the smartest or wisest way, eh?!:)

The institutions that govern human society may pressure citizens to take sides in conflicts that arise. True Christians cannot do so. We do not participate in the political controversies of this world; nor do we take up arms. (Matt. 26:52) We are not swayed by efforts to involve us in exalting any portion of […] world over another. (2 Cor. 2:11) Being no part of the world, we rise above worldly rivalries.—Read John 15:18, 19.

Example of Sage of Peace/Compassion…

If you are ever in doubt as to how you ought to behave in any given situation, it would be wise to ask yourself, ‘What would Jesus have done?’ The nation in which Jesus lived was made up of people from various regions—Judea, Galilee, Samaria, and others. Bible accounts reveal that there were tensions between people of these different areas. (John 4:9) Tensions also existed between Pharisees and Sadducees (Acts 23:6-9), between the people and the tax collectors (Matt. 9:11), and between those who had received a Rabbinic education and those who had not. (John 7:49) In the first century, Israel was ruled by the Romans, whose presence was deeply resented by the local people. While Jesus championed religious truth […], he never encouraged his disciples to foster rivalries. (John 4:22) On the contrary, he urged them to love all men as their neighbor.—Luke 10:27.

Why did Jesus not endorse common Jewish prejudices? Because neither he nor his Father takes sides in this world’s controversies. […]God designed humans in such a way that they could produce different races. Neither Jehovah nor Jesus exalts one race, nationality, or language above another. (Acts 10:34, 35; Rev. 7:9, 13, 14) We must follow their perfect example.—Matt. 5:43-48.

In NO WAY do I want to endorse common prejudices!!!…(i.e. politics, certain controversies exalt one race, nationality or language above others.) That’s partially why I am impartially no part of the world…I stay politically neutral. I love all my fellow-fragile-life-brothers-and-sisters-globally and wish them all PEACE and longevity!! It doesn’t matter what peer-pressure, family-pressure, community-pressure, national-pressure, political-power-struggle-pressure, etc. we can all rise above worldly rivalries! I cannot kill my brother or sister just because they live in another country or speak another language or eat different food!

Sip, sip, sip…

Note how some first-century Christians reacted to one divisive issue that arose within the congregation. Individuals in Corinth were saying: “‘I belong to Paul,’ ‘But I to Apollos,’ ‘But I to Cephas,’ ‘But I to Christ.’” Whatever the underlying issue, the apostle Paul was indignant about its effect. “Is the Christ divided?” he asked. What was the solution to such disruptive thinking? Paul exhorted the Christians: “Now I urge you, brothers, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you should all speak in agreement and that there should be no divisions among you, but that you may be completely united in the same mind and in the same line of thought.” Neither should there be divisions of any kind in […] (True) Christian congregation today.—1 Cor. 1:10-13; read Romans 16:17, 18  “Now I urge you, brothers, to keep your eye on those who create divisions and causes for stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them For men of that sort are slaves, not of our Lord Christ, but of their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattering speech they seduce the hearts of unsuspecting ones.”

Some of us are being seduced everyday…by the political and religious and big business smooth-talkers, etc. Don’t be an unsuspecting one/pawn doing the mindless bidding of the puppet masters (in their various ego-power struggles/controversies)!

Has your upbringing or environment exposed you to national or regional loyalties? Do any such feelings still linger in your heart? Christians should not allow nationalistic fervor to taint their view of others. But what if you realize that you do have negative thoughts toward people of other nations, cultures, languages, or races? Then it would certainly be profitable to meditate on how Jehovah (True God of Agape/Compassion) views nationalism and prejudice.—Read Romans 12:2  And stop being molded by this system of things, but be transformed by making your mind over, so that you may prove to yourselves the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
