NOT a Fan…man.

Joan Winifred

Man…i am not a fan! Not a fan of man-made manipulation of the masses (to their own detriment) by any means possible…1 e.g., FAKE! holidays. (PLEASE for the sake of “accurate” know-how/knowledge/wisdom that enables true compassion/peace: Do your own research!:)

My research finds…Big business, big religion, big media…keeps people blind-folded/under their control/under their power — see clearly for yourself and eat for yourself food that’s actually good for your body/mind/spirituality: YUMMY! (fy i eat my candy (in moderation) any day of the week i want/when i want.)

Whose power and control am i really under?! Do i let the popular powers that be blindly lead me around on specific days of the year?? Governments, religions, media outlets tell us all aka dictate what to celebrate and when and what to eat and when and what to do and when…with our money, with our family, with our time. (How many days a year am i letting dictators/money-power-hungry ones (who don’t even know me personally and don’t even care anything about me) control what i do and how i do it?!) Am i really in control of my choices/my life IF i just go along with what media/popular traditions, etc. dictate/demand?

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING COMPASSION EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR!!! PEACE:)

Sorry, but i’m not buying what’s being sold relentlessly year after year after year…IF You choose: You can read this past post Halloween 2013…i still feel the same 2014 & 2015: http://blogs.psychcentral.com/wellness/2013/10/halloween-twenty-thirteen/

PEACE to YOU EVERYDAY OF THE YEAR! and where’s my dark chocolate?:)

p.s. i wanted to include this tidbit recently read: “The religious, political, and commercial elements of this world—including their information channels—are under the influence of “the god of this system of things,” Satan the Devil. (2 Cor. 4:4; 1 John 5:19) […], therefore, we need to watch our associations. God’s inspired Word declares this fundamental truth: “Do not be misled. Bad associations spoil useful habits.”—1 Cor. 15:33. ~excerpted “Watch Your Associations In These Last Days” w 2015

practical point (whether you believe in the Devil or not)…IF i want to learn/practice compassion as a value..do i closely associate/let myself be influenced by non-compassionate/violent humans?
i’m not a smoker, but say i was and wanted to quit..would hanging constantly around smokers and breathing in their second-hand smoke help my health or help me avoid smoking? i’m not a drinker, but say i was and wanted to cut back..would hanging constantly around a party crowd while they are binge-drinking help me avoid drinking? In my POV, whatever positive trait i wanna learn…i watch my associations..IF i wanna be a great swimmer, i hang out in the pool w/better swimmers than me.

Happy breathing air and Happy drinking water..and Happy living/swimming in moderation in and out of the pool!:)
