Fear NOT Friend

“The naive person believes every word, But the shrewd one ponders each step.”

“The wise one is cautious and turns away from evil, But the stupid one is reckless (or furious) and overconfident.”

“The one who is quick to anger acts foolishly, But the man who thinks things out (or the man of thinking abilities) is hated.”

“The naive (or inexperienced) will inherit foolishness, But the shrewd are crowned with knowledge.”

“The one wayward at heart will reap the results of his ways, But the good man reaps the reward of his dealings.” (excerpts Proverbs 14)

(i choose to deal with Others as Friends…and wish PEACE & Wisdom to YOU/Everyone!:) When we deal with everyone in a forgiving manner, it promotes peace/peaceful relationships/unity. Yeah, at times and under difficult circumstances–that can be a heart-mind-boggling-exhaustive challenge, but i’m continuously working/trying my best..always on the following:

“Continue putting up with one another and forgiving one another freely even if anyone has a cause for complaint against another. Just as Jehovah freely forgave you, you must do the same.”

“[…]Clothe yourselves with the tender affections of compassion, kindness, humility, mildness, and patience.” (Col. 3:13)

THANKS for patiently reading this FRIEND:)..When we are at peace, and view Others as Friends..(not enemies) what is there to fear?? (anywhere)

David’s Hiding Place from Distress: Divine Forgiveness

Happy is the one whose transgression is pardoned, whose sin is covered.

Happy is the man whom Jehovah does not charge with guilt, in whose spirit there is no deceit.

When I kept silent, my bones wasted away because of my groaning all day long.

For day and night

you hand was heavy

upon me.

My strength evaporated like water in the dry summer heat.

Finally I confessed my sin to you;

I did not cover my transgressions to Jehovah.

I said: “I will confess my transgressions to Jehovah.”

And you pardoned the error of my sins.

This is why every loyal one will pray to you

While you may yet be found.

Then even the floodwaters will not reach him.

You are my hiding place for me;

You will safeguard me from distress.

You will surround me with joyful shouts of deliverance.

Many are the pains of the wicked; But the one trusting in Jehovah is surrounded by His Loyal Love. ~portions of Psalm 32.

Psalm 31:24:

Be courageous, and may your heart be strong, all you who are waiting for Jehovah.

Who doesn’t need a divine hiding place (from distress)??…find/hold onto it…Please!:)

gr-oo-ve…i’m in (k)New:)

“Must You be perfect?”

Matthew 5:48: You must accordingly be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Context of verse 43 sheds insight:

43 You must love your neighbor’ 44 However, I say to you: Continue to love your enemies and to pray for those who persecute you, 45 so that you may prove yourselves sons of your Father who is in the heavens, since he makes his sun rise on both the wicked and the good and makes it rain on both the righteous and the unrighteous.

perfectly perfect in perfection…of FORGIVENESS….that’s how we do it: when we forgive…we are perfect/acting perfectly like GOD!..(especially when we have VERY legitimate cause of complaint against our neighbor)

Partnerships/Friendships/Neighbors test the depth of our love/forgiveness/glue…compassion.

3 Biblical examples of being perfect: given in recent talk I heard… 1. Job perfectly endured MUCH… and freely forgive 3 false friends who caused him much grief… praying for them, etc. (Job chapter 42)…2. Stephen: a hate crime/being stoned to death & just before his death… expressing forgiveness toward his stoners. 3rd example of perfection: Jesus being impaled after being whipped and praying for his executioners.

When we can loyally support/help/work what is good toward all breathing-fragile-life in their journey of forgiveness…positive things result!:)

(Hate crimes diminish…that’s for sure…and love deeds increase… with forgiveness & compassion education.)

Check out this excerpt I read:

What though, should be our mental attitude toward those  who might show hatred toward us? While hanging upon a stake, Jesus prayed in behalf of his executioners, saying: “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” (Luke 23:34) When hate-filled men stoned the disciple Stephen to death, his final words were: “Jehovah, do not charge this sin against them.” (Acts 7:60) Jesus and Stephen wanted the best even for those who hated them. There was no bitterness in their hearts. “Let us work what is good toward all,” the Bible admonishes us.—Galatians 6:10.

Certainly some have greater tests of forgiveness/faith/compassion…see SAD/Graphic example below:

Me.

(you know– not having any plugins on this blog or statistical dashboard analytics to read/review…key words to worry/ponder about… keeps me in the “dark!” I’m not afraid of the dark… though, I could be in the dark about any on-line stalkers, huh?)

It’s sad that some misuse/abuse the dark… to exploit others or to carry out crimes against fellow-fragile-life!:(

But, I give You:), any Reader, the benefit of the doubt… You will not misuse/abuse my darkness for your own advantage…PEACE &.THANK YOU!:)

I can write freely cause I don’t know for sure… or rather: I don’t have any plugin(s) “subjectively judging” my writing/thoughts/worth… as to likes or hates or tweets or who(m) may or may not be reading my posts.

Though I have FAITH!

My posts are being read…or

Someone is being

Fed, eh?!:)

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!….:)

ANYBODY/ANYMIND…out there in virtual reading land reading me… aka as my writing??

IF so…I dare YOU:)

to

leave

me

a question below…. later or now.

Oh, I’m positive, You can think up a variety of interesting questions… for the sake of compassion, however, PLEASE, PLEASE… keep them on the nice/positive/kind side! THANKS a BUNCH!:)

{It would be really FUN for me, IF any reader could stump me with a Biblical question.  How about asking me a biblical/spiritual question… and i’ll try my best to give a reasonable answer.}

Okay: so IF You read my last entry/post: Rescued from Distress, You realize I was heading out the door to make it to a talk…I took some notes as usual.

Did you know ? there is research circulating somewhere that I’ve read..the benefits of hand-writing notes over typing notes during a lecture/talk…that you process/learn better, etc..I use to know short-hand as a teen/young adult..lack of use, I’ve forgotten most of it.. just take long-hand/cursive notes: sometimes direct quotes or just paraphrasing…i write very fast/scribble-lol

So, looking over my scribbles… btw: this talk was given by an older gentleman who works compassionately in the jails…here in FL w/the so-called hardened criminals for the past 3 years… the in it for life-ers…some have killed their wives, etc. He spoke with such respect/affection for these ones he meets with in prison…1 prisoner mentioned that day in and day out same coldness climate and the only thing that keeps him going aka gives him hope is the 2 hour weekly visit by this gentleman and the positive Biblical stuff he shares with him..for those 2 hours, it’s the only “warmth” (compassion) this guy feels in life…” life” in jail/isolated antartica.

Actually… that brought me to tears;(… the stuff he mentioned about the prisoners…I asked him if my kids and I could give them something via him to give to the prisoners: a kind word/letter to not give up hope  or a kids’ happy drawing for some encouragement… he said NO… the gangs inside might misinterpret and could/would kill the prisoner(s) for some infraction. The prison gangs have their own live/comply or die rules, eh?!

(Most abusers of power have their own live-comply-or die rules, huh??)

i heard an AMAZING point/thought on PERFECTION & Forgiveness… that I LOVED!!… will elaborate “later.”

One of the prisoners… who had murdered…was quite upset over something he misunderstood: that he was beyond forgiveness by God because he murdered.  The gentleman shared scriptures with him about how God forgives in a LARGE way…(and there are recorded Biblical examples of previous murderers who were forgiven)… the prisoner’s whole demeanor/attitude changed for the positive!:)

Regardless of our circumstances, it is comforting to bear in mind that Jehovah is as he described himself to Moses—“a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abundant in loving-kindness and truth, preserving loving-kindness for thousands, pardoning error and transgression and sin.” Jehovah has not changed.—Ex. 34:6, 7.

Some may feel powerless to change (for the better/healthier: physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually)… forgiveness rescues us all in and out of prison bars (literal or figurative)!… it changes us… just knowing someone releases You:) from Your offense (of course, that doesn’t always imply release from prison… we still may pay consequence, eh?).. but the peace of mind in knowing you’re forgiven–gives some the motivation/power to forgive themselves and positively move forward to recovery.

Let’s face it… for the most part, most of us muddle through life… non/dis-functioning… we have bodies and minds that just don’t work correctly/Well… eyes, kidneys, pancreas, liver or whatever… mental illness… we may let addiction, anger, fear, greed control us and rule us… bringing us to the grave or guard… prison.

What’s bringing You and Where?!

lol…Teeth and kids… bringing me to dentist and now running out to Park… today.

Later:)
